Mitsubishi's ColorLink CIP4 server takes the automation of the makeready process to new levels of sophistication. The Mitsubishi CIP4 system manages the flow of makeready data from any CIP4-compliant front-end system, creating a seamless digital bridge between Mitsubishi presses and electronic prepress. The result for printers who have made the leap to computer-to-plate is sharper dot structure, increased throughput, reduced labor and material costs and production that is less prone to error.

For medium and long run jobs our two Mitsubishi Diamond 3000 presses, a 5-color and a 6-color, are equipped with Aqueous coaters, X-Rite Spectrophotometers and perfecting. These state-of-the-art presses print exceptional high quality press sheets using Staccato screening and the X-Rite Spectrophotometer to maintain accurate color throughout the press run.
For digital short run color work our Xerox Docucolor 8000 delivers high quality press sheets to a maximum size of 12x19 inches. The Docucolor is equipped with variable data software and mailing programs, which add an exciting frontier for direct mail marketing campaigns. Other short run jobs are produced on the 2-color press.
In-House PMS Ink Mixing The CD 14 Carousel Ink Dispenser is a computerized PMS ink mixing machine that accurately mixes PMS inks in our plant and stores the formulas for future orders. Short Run Color For short run 1, 2, or 4-color jobs we use both Digital and Computer-to-Plate presses.
